Is there a car? I like getting in cars. I'm pretty sure there's a van.

Round 1 Match-up Preview:

Terrell (#8 ) vs. Lorenzo (#9) The battle of the greens (is) a clear favorite...

...to not start on time and never have 14 players on the field at once. Constructing a team based on JBU was misguided based on talent and now it appears foolish as they'll be Conway.

Steven wrote:
Mills (#5) vs. Sadie (#12) Sadies black team looks like the type of team primed for a first round upset

Based on what? Your girlfriend being mad at you for calling out her team for being misfits through twelve games? It's too bad we won't see Stu there to feature his immense skills.

Wayne (#6) vs. J-Will (#11) This would have been an interesting first round game until J-Wills White team lost Matty J to the college tournament.

Also Jwill's "ace in the hole" is staying in his hole in Conway.

Cameron (#7) vs. Crissy (#10) Crissys Sky-Hi Blu has fared better than most predicted. I havent seen them play since they broke out the Champagne, but hes clearly had a positive impact.

This game will feature new lows in league play. I checked the forecast. It's cloudy, so Joe Garrett won't be there. Though I hope he is. I look forward to having another awkward conversation with his balls as he towers over me.

Bye Team Previews:

Vikki (#1) Your #1 seed will likely be a shell of its early season self

35% they make the semis. 5% chance they're in finals. Their girls were bad on defense last week.

Steven wrote:
Michael (#2) Yellow should have its full roster, with Patrick Benham

98% chance they make semis. 80% they end up in finals. Purple will likely be their biggest roadblock on that side of the bracket.

Steven wrote:
Toby (#3) Tobys development on offense this season

15% chance they make semis, barring Toby's out of state talent, which I assume he meant hookers. He really shouldn't be moving them across state lines. Did the Vikings love boat scandal teach us nothing? Not to disparage Toby, but where are you getting this insight that players developed over 12 games? There is no development of higher level skills as pregame drills are non-existent and competitiveness is discouraged. The only noticeable gains among players should be coming from the very new and young. Toby does not qualify. You're reaching for material.

Steven wrote:
Levi (#4) Joel Skinners continued development on both sides of the disc has been big for the Orange team. That potential Round 2 match-up between them and Mills blue squad looks like a *fantastic* early round game.

55% chance the team makes semis. We lost our second round pick. I'm sure it will take you much deliberation to guess at who that was. Again, Joel Skinner's development? I was unaware he was doing skill building exercises between games. Fantastic early round game? Any game with Micah prominently involved will not be fantastic. Here is to hoping he's not there on time to muck up the game for the rest of us.

You all will underestimate Joe Garret

Earl will have to work some magic to get him to show, because the sun isn't supposed peak at us tomorrow.

Go Reign!!!

Yes, go ahead and lose Reign. Onlookers shouldn't be subjected to evil's terrible calls and intentionally wreckless play.

Lolz. ITT: Butthurt. :/ I'm glad Joe bell won't be there.

So does this mean we can bring in players who are out of state? I got a buddy who just drove in this weekend from NEW MEXICO...yeah, I believe he should be rewarded with some play.

I'll even pay his way.

I agree with king kharl although I do have at least one or two players that will be playing tomorrow who have never played at all. I think it's only fair that they shouldn't have to pay because more than likely they will suck, but it allows me to have 5 guys on the line. If they are good, we should charge them maybe $5.

Hey all,

Anyone pick up a 2010 CHC disc at the fields with my name and number on it?

It's white, has an image on it, and flies through the air when thrown.

Thanks,

Jon

Either someone stole your disc or someone picked it up who can't read numbers and letters.
