Thanks, y'all.

We went 2-3 on the weekend. Lost to top seed Ball and Chain (Atlanta) by a bunch, then lost 13-11 to Sick Hammers (Austin/Houston) but beat Big Fish (Orlando/Gainesville) 15-8 in pool play. B&C easily beat Hammers (they were resting for us) in the 1 vs 2 game on Sunday morning and we beat Fish 15-7 in the 3-4 game. In the game for the second automatic bid to Nationals, we lost 15-13 after having held an 8-6 hafltime lead. We were down to 12 players and it was 99 degrees but we still shoulda coulda won. However, there were four wildcard bids to fill out the 16-team Nationals, and we were awarded one yesterday. We were the only 3rd place team to score more points than we gave up, so we felt good about our chances.

July 9-10 in Lebanon, Ohio. We like groupies. Smile

It looks like USAU is trying to get observers for this tournament.
So it would behoove you to brush up on your rules and practice with someone timing you between points.

Thanks for the heads up, Hess. We had the time between points rule in play at regionals, and usually did pretty well with it. Is yelling "Is this a time out?" to the other team the official way to call delay of game?
